DERSCHLAG Donates €5,000 to Balthasar Children's and Youth Hospice in Olpe

During DERSCHLAG's Summer Festival in June 2026, employees, together with family and friends, came together to support a meaningful cause. Their generous donations were also increased by DERSCHLAG, bringing the total contribution to €5,000.

The donation was officially presented on 11 July 2026 during the Summer Festival of the Balthasar Children's and Youth Hospice in Olpe.

With this contribution, DERSCHLAG supports an organization that has been providing invaluable care to children and young people with life-limiting illnesses and their families for many years. As Germany's first children's hospice, Balthasar has been supporting families from the moment of diagnosis, offering professional nursing, medical and psychosocial care while creating a welcoming place where families can spend precious time together and find comfort during difficult times. Much of this important work is made possible through charitable donations.

Presenting the donation during the hospice's Summer Festival was a meaningful occasion and demonstrates what can be achieved when people come together for a good cause. The result reflects the generosity and commitment of our employees, the families and friends, as well as DERSCHLAG's dedication to making a positive contribution to the community.
