DERSCHLAG offers a range of foil and film processing methods. We leave nothing to chance where our exceptional product quality is concerned. In addition to our highly skilled staff, we also boast a wide range of state-of-the-art machinery. This is constantly being expanded and adapted to the needs of our customers.

Embossing

Our cylinder stock of more than 100 embossing designs makes it easy to find the right structure for packaged products. Choose from up to 45 neutral embossing patterns, including special patterns for confectionery foils and plastic films.

Would you like your own lettering, such as your company logo, on the foil? Then let DERSCHLAG create a custom embossing cylinder just for you.

Roll cutting

DERSCHLAG has several roll cutters with the latest winding technology to process a wide range of materials.

  • smooth, embossed, lacquered, printed, and unprinted
  • roll width: 17 mm to 1,000 mm

Blanks

Our advanced cutting machines allow us to cut a custom shape perfect for your requirements.

Product formats and materials:

  • aluminium foil, plastic film, composite foil, and paper
  • smooth, embossed, lacquered, printed, and unprinted
  • Blank sizes: from 20 to 20 mm to 900 x 900 mm

Sheet cutting

Cross-cutters are used to ensure that exactly the right sheet format is cut from the roll. They can be used to process a wide range of materials.

Product formats and materials:

  • aluminium foil, plastic film, composite foil, and paper
  • smooth, embossed, lacquered, printed, and unprinted
  • thickness: 10 mm to 600 mm (depending on material)
  • sheet format: up to 1,400 mm x 2,500 mm
  • additional options available on request

Die-cuts

  • from 18 to 900 mm Æ, or 20 x 20 mm to 900 x 1,900 mm
  • made with different material properties
  • for a diverse range of applications
